ITS HOUSE (“ITSHOUSE”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We operate two related lines of work under the same legal entity. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy stay on this single page because both lines share the same company, website, and contracts.
Line 1
IT consulting
Strategy, architecture, custom software, SaaS, web and mobile products, integrations, and digital transformation for enterprise clients.
Line 2
Social platform tech provider
Technology that connects client systems to third-party social platforms — including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and similar networks — for publishing, analytics, creator tools, and related workflows.
We are not Meta, ByteDance/TikTok, Google/YouTube, or any other social network, and we are not a consumer social app. End users of a client’s product, or of Meta / TikTok / YouTube, remain users of those services. A signed statement of work, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or order form prevails over this page if they conflict.
By visiting itshouse.net, requesting a proposal, or engaging us to deliver technology, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Legal name: ITS HOUSE Address: 316 Lê Văn Sỹ, Phường Tân Sơn Hòa, TP Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam Website:itshouse.net Email:support@itshouse.net
We are an IT consultancy and a technology provider that helps businesses connect their products to major social platforms. Client brands and products remain operated by the client unless a contract says otherwise.
2. Scope of these Terms
Website: informational use of itshouse.net, contact forms, and related marketing materials.
IT consulting and custom software: discovery, design, development, deployment, support, SaaS, and similar work described in a proposal, quotation, or SOW.
Social platform connections: software, APIs, connectors, dashboards, and support that link a client’s systems to third-party networks such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar providers.
These Terms do not govern Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third-party platform, and they do not govern the relationship between a client and their end users. Each client must publish and enforce their own terms, community guidelines, and privacy notice for their product.
3. Social platform connections (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar)
Where we supply connection technology:
We may integrate with official APIs and developer programmes of Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube (Google), and other networks named in the SOW. Those marks belong to their owners. We are an independent technology provider, not a partner, affiliate, or official storefront of those companies unless a written programme says otherwise.
The client (or the account holder they authorize) owns the platform developer apps, business accounts, pages, channels, and OAuth consents. The client must comply with each network’s terms, policies, rate limits, and data-use rules (including Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, YouTube API Services Terms, and similar documents as they change).
Access tokens, refresh tokens, and connected-account data are used only to provide the contracted connection (for example publish, schedule, read insights, moderate, or sync content). We do not sell that access. If a platform revokes, throttles, or changes an API, we are not liable for that third-party change; we will use reasonable efforts to advise and adapt as scoped in the contract.
Content posted to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar (“Platform Content”) is governed by those networks and by the client. We process it only as needed to connect, host, secure, or support the system, and only under the client’s instructions.
The client is responsible for lawful use of connected accounts: advertising, disclosures, copyright, personality rights, child-safety, election or political rules, and notices to their users. We do not operate the consumer social network.
4. Client products and end users
Where we also build or host a client’s own app or site, the client remains the operator: product rules, moderation, advertising, and age gates are theirs. End-user accounts on the client’s product belong to that product, not to ITSHOUSE, unless we expressly operate a named product.
5. Website use
You may browse itshouse.net for lawful, professional purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms availability, submit false inquiry data, or use our marks without permission. Portfolio and case descriptions are illustrative; they are not a warranty of identical results.
6. Proposals, fees, and delivery
Estimates, quotations, and timelines are valid only as stated in the relevant document. Work starts when the parties agree in writing (including email) and any required deposit is received. Change requests, third-party licence fees, platform developer fees, app-store accounts, cloud usage, and client delays may affect cost and schedule. Payment terms in the SOW or invoice apply; overdue amounts may pause delivery.
7. Client responsibilities
Provide timely access, content, approvals, credentials, and a product owner with authority to decide.
Ensure you have rights to materials you supply (brands, media, user data samples, APIs).
Hold and maintain valid developer accounts, app reviews, and consents on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other networks you ask us to connect.
Configure production secrets, domains, store listings, and legal pages for your own product.
Not instruct us to build or operate features that you know are unlawful in your target markets, or that violate a platform’s terms.
8. Intellectual property
Unless a contract states otherwise: (a) we retain pre-existing tools, libraries, patterns, and know-how; (b) custom deliverables described as work product for the client are licensed or assigned as set out in the SOW; (c) open-source components remain under their licences; (d) you may not resell our internal tooling or remove attribution required by third-party licences. We may describe the engagement in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing (trade secrets and unpublished products excepted).
9. Confidentiality
Each party must keep the other’s non-public business, technical, and personal data confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.
10. Acceptable use of our technology
Clients and anyone they authorize must not use our software, hosting, or social-platform connectors to: distribute malware; run illegal surveillance; traffic in CSAM or exploit minors; facilitate fraud, spam, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour; scrape or abuse third-party APIs beyond permitted use; or attack third-party systems. We may suspend services that create severe security, legal, or network risk, and will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Warranties and disclaimer
We provide professional services with reasonable skill and care. The website and any demo environments are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime unless an SLA is signed. We do not warrant availability, ranking, monetisation, or feature parity of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other third-party platforms, nor that a client product will achieve a given audience or advertising revenue.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from website use or services, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be limited. Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or a different cap in the signed contract).
13. Indemnity
The client will defend and indemnify ITS HOUSE against claims arising from Platform Content, connected social accounts, the client’s use of Meta / TikTok / YouTube or similar APIs, the client’s operation of their product, the client’s instructions, or materials the client provided, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or a defect we are contracted to fix and failed to fix after notice.
14. Term and termination
Website terms apply while you use the site. Service engagements run for the period in the SOW. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within the period stated in the contract (or 15 days if silent). Upon ending hosting, we will provide a commercially reasonable data export of client-owned systems as specified in the contract, then delete or return production data per the Privacy Policy (including deletion on instruction) and the DPA.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration or another forum.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ITS HOUSE collects, uses, shares, and stores personal data for itshouse.net, our IT consulting work, and our role as a tech provider connecting client systems to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms. It is not Meta’s, TikTok’s, or YouTube’s privacy policy, and it is not the privacy notice of a client’s consumer app.
1. Roles: controller and processor
Website, sales, and consulting: ITS HOUSE is the controller for personal data you send us (inquiries, meeting bookings, contracts, invoices).
Client products and connected social accounts: the client is typically the controller (or equivalent under Vietnamese Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP) for their users and for data pulled from or pushed to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar APIs. ITS HOUSE acts as a processor when we host, develop, or support systems that store that data, processing it only on documented instructions.
If you are a user of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or a client’s app, use that service’s tools or contact that brand first. We will assist the client with access, correction, and deletion requests as required by contract and law; we do not operate a consumer support desk for every client product or for the social networks themselves.
2. Data we collect as controller
When you deal with ITS HOUSE directly, we may collect:
Contact and business data: name, company, role, email, phone, address, project requirements.
Contract and billing data: tax identifiers, invoices, payment status (card numbers are handled by payment providers if used; we do not store full PAN).
Website usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, and similar logs needed for security and basic analytics.
Communications: emails, meeting notes, and files you share for a project.
We do not run a consumer social network on itshouse.net. Connecting a Meta, TikTok, or YouTube account happens in the client’s product (or a contracted admin tool), under that client’s notice and the platform’s OAuth screen — not as an ITSHOUSE consumer app.
3. Data we process for clients (processor)
On client systems we may process categories the client configures, including:
Account identifiers, profile data, media, messages, telemetry, and payment metadata in the client’s own product.
Connected-platform data: public or authorized profile fields, page/channel IDs, media metadata, comments, insights, and OAuth tokens from Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar APIs, solely to provide the contracted connection.
Categories, purposes, and retention are set by the client’s product, their privacy notice, and each platform’s rules. We access production data only as needed for delivery, incident response, or written support requests. Platform APIs may themselves be independent controllers for data they hold on their networks.
4. How we use data (controller)
Respond to inquiries and provide proposals, contracts, and support.
Deliver, invoice, and improve professional services.
Secure our website, email, and internal systems; prevent abuse.
Comply with accounting, tax, and other legal duties in Vietnam.
Send service or project messages; marketing only where permitted (you may opt out of non-essential marketing).
5. Legal bases
Depending on the context we rely on: performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract; legitimate interests (security, B2B relationship management, improving our site) balanced against your rights; consent where required (optional cookies or marketing); and legal obligation. For processor activities, the client’s lawful basis and instructions apply.
For individuals in the EEA/UK we apply GDPR roles as above. For Vietnam we follow Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP and related guidance on personal data protection.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only as needed:
Service providers: hosting, email, accounting, and similar vendors under contract, limited to their task.
The client: data in their product and in connected social workflows is available to them as operator.
Social platforms: when a client (or their user) authorizes a connection, data is sent to or received from Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar under that authorization and those platforms’ policies.
Professional advisers and authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers: in a merger or asset sale, with notice where required.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share website-visitor data with advertisers to run a social-style ad network on itshouse.net.
7. Cookies and analytics
itshouse.net may use essential cookies (or similar storage) for security and basic function, and optional analytics if enabled. You can control cookies in your browser. Client products and Meta / TikTok / YouTube may use their own SDKs and cookies; those are governed by the client’s or the platform’s policy, not this page.
8. Deletion on instruction
When we act as processor, we delete (or return, then delete) personal data when the client gives a documented instruction to do so, including user-erasure requests the client forwards to us, and when the engagement or hosting ends as set out in the SOW or DPA.
Scope: data in systems we host or administer for that client, including copies of connected-platform fields and tokens we store. We do not control data that remains only on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other networks; the client (or the end user) must use those platforms’ deletion tools as well.
How to instruct: the client’s authorised contact emails support@itshouse.net or uses a deletion callback / API agreed in the SOW (for example a Meta data-deletion callback). We may verify the instruction before acting.
Timing: we complete deletion from production systems within thirty (30) days of a valid instruction, unless the contract sets another period or law requires us to keep a copy (tax, dispute, security logs).
Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on the backup cycle and are not restored into production except as needed for disaster recovery, after which a new deletion pass is applied if the instruction still stands.
ITSHOUSE as controller: deletion of inquiry, contract, or billing data you sent us directly is a rights request under section 10, not a processor instruction.
9. Retention
Inquiry and project records are kept for the life of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute purposes (typically up to the limitation period under Vietnamese law, unless a shorter period is agreed). Processor data follows the client’s retention settings, the DPA, and deletion instructions in section 8; after an engagement we delete or return production data as contracted, except copies required by law or isolated backups that expire on a rolling schedule.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data we hold as controller, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact support@itshouse.net. We may need to verify your identity. End users of a client platform should use that product’s in-app tools or the client’s published contact; we will route or support those requests as processor.
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (access control, encryption in transit where appropriate, least-privilege administration, monitoring). No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected incidents involving ITS HOUSE systems to support@itshouse.net.
12. Children
itshouse.net is directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children via this website. Client social products may have their own age limits; the client must implement those rules. We do not design processor systems to target children unless the SOW requires age-appropriate controls specified by the client.
13. International transfers
We are based in Vietnam and may use infrastructure or vendors in other countries. Where a transfer restriction applies (for example GDPR), we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses, or another lawful mechanism, or the client’s documented instructions for processor data.
14. Third-party sites
Our site and client products may link to third parties, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, app stores, payment providers, and social logins. Their practices are their own. Review their policies before connecting an account or posting content.
15. Changes
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes will be indicated on this page; for contracted processor terms, we will follow the notice process in the DPA or SOW.
